Exchanges
At Noclou, each piece is created and handled with care. We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to accommodate exchanges.
Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order by contacting us via WhatsApp or Instagram.
All pieces must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unaltered, and with all tags and packaging intact. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
For international exchanges, the return is arranged and covered by the customer. This includes shipping fees and any applicable customs charges.
If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement and cover the return shipping on our end.
Each Noclou piece is made to be worn, kept, and cared for. We appreciate your understanding as we maintain a considered and limited approach to every design we create.
